What window furnishing should I choose?

First decide what you want to achieve with your window furnishing. Uses include, privacy, light control, UV protection or insulation.

Are colour swatches on the website true to life?     

We highly recommend ordering samples to ensure you achieve the right look, colour and texture. On screen colour swatches are not an exact colour match so always order samples.

What can I use to record my measurements?

Ordering is really easy if have your measurements ready beforehand, you can download a measuring sheet here.

Once your order is complete you will be notified via email of the date your order leaves our factory and the PBT Courier Track and Trace number for your parcel. This number can be entered into the website www.pbt.com to trace your delivery.

All blinds are tracked to ensure delivery is made.

Blinds have individual turnaround times. Standard Delivery Service is parcel dispatch for blinds 7-10 working days after you have place your order. For Roman blinds please allow 10-14 working days.

Returns Policy

Once you have placed your order we are unable to refund for change of mind.

If blinds are proven faulty we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

All blind componentry and manufacture comes with a five year warranty. Roller blind and curtain fabrics are covered by individual fabric supplier warranties. If the event of a fabric issue we will contact manufacturer and take appropriate steps to sort out problem.
